LensCrafters

I've been getting my glasses from the LensCrafters in the Johnson City Mall for many, many years now, and they have always had a wide selection of frames to choose from and, more importantly, excellent customer service. Last night I sat on my glasses by accident and the earpiece broke off. I took them to Lenscrafters this morning, and while they weren't able to reattach the earpiece, they were able to replace it with a similar earpiece salvaged from a pair of donated frames they had in the back -- and it didn't cost me a dime. I highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone in need of glasses. You'll be treated well every time you come in, and you'll never be charged for repairs to the frames.
