My daughter went to this place for less then a year. I paid them on time every single week, and they stated once that I needed to pay them additionally or I would not be allowed to leave my daughter there. I argued with the owner, but seeing as how I had no other option at the time, and no time to look for another daycare, I paid them. They had a couple rude employees at the time, and on a few occasions my daughter was picked up by my mother with feces inside her diaper, that had been there so long it had almost blistered her behind. Now, after more then a year of her no longer attending, and having never had any additional contact once she was removed, I have been informed that they placed a bill for $470 onto my credit, without talking to me about it or calling me or anything. When I found this out, I called and spoke to the owner, who could not tell me at the time how this bill occurred nor could she tell me why I was never notified before it was placed on my credit. She informed me that she would call me back, and took down my number. It's been almost 2 weeks at this point, she has never called me back, and when I do call, I am hung up on by someone. I would advise any parent out there, to never ever under any circumstances to use these people. They are incredibly unprofessional, and apparently do not understand that I want to get this resolved.
