Fantastic upscale shopping area but it totally does not feel like it's too snooty. The prices are definitely inflated compared to average retail in some of the shops, so be warned. That said, it's great for items that may be harder to find in other parts of town and the food around here is great for the money. The shops also have a good variation (there's a fur shoppe, for cryin out loud) to boot.
