We had called and scheduled a 9AM appointment with this plumber. They never showed up or called to let us know if there was a delay or to reschedule. We called multiple times and only got a "This customer has a voicemail that has not been set up" message. At 1PM, we called a different plumber. We won't be calling on this business again.
