I will never shop here again! There is a sell online for an extra 30% if you order online with the option to do in store pick up. Unfortunately the sizes I needed said they were not available, but once I entered the store I found the correct items in the correct sizes. I asked the cashier if I could order the wrong size since what I needed wasn't available and exchange for the correct size. He said he didn't see a problem with it, but just had to double check with him manager. His manager came up front and tried to tell me I had to get a credit card to get 25% when this was a different sale completely, then tried to tell me it was a "safety" feature. What?!? A safety feature for what? That makes no sense! I'm heading to Johnson City to purchase what I needed, and will never visit this location again.
