When you repeat your order back, correct the employee TWICE AND she still has it totally wrong. There's a reason I haven't been to a KFC in over 15 years. College food needs to be left where it belongs.

On Thursday April 20th my daughter, who is a Team member of KFC brought some chicken home, which she ate and became violently ill for 24 hours. The following Monday, she brought some more chicken home, which I ate and became violently ill for 24 hours. I actually wasn't going to call in until my wife became violently last night 4-27-18 after eating more KFC chicken brought home from this same store. She was ill as well for 24 hours plus. I called the 800 number Friday after my wife's experince. The District manager called to gather information. He was very compassionate. That was appreciated. The store manager called me after 4pm, basically unapologetic, pointing blame and making me feel as a customers that we did something wrong the reason why we became sick. Unacceptable. Fix the issues IMMEDIATELY.
