I've been with Justin for three years, and I could not be happier with the service I've received. He's always been very helpful and available for questions, and was prompt with resolving insurance claims after a minor accident. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I've been with state farm about seven years. Moved to Chattanooga and didn't even receive insurance cards. I was also hit by Carta on a Sunday afternoon and left a message with corporate so I could have two estimates. Never received a call back so I had to pay $500 for a cable that broke 2 hrs after I was hit. Never heard from this agent in the year I know I've been his client until he got wind of a bad review then he was happy to call and do anything he could to help. Our only option was for me to pay a 500 deductible and start another claim. Keep in mind there was an open claim on it from Carta IF my phone call would've been returned. With that being said my only option was to lose another 500 and start a claim on top of the 500 it cost to fix the cable. Not acceptable to me. He's a nice guy but if I don't hear from you until 2 months after the issue and that's your only solution I will definitely find a new insurance company. I'm not attacking your business but people deserve to know and if corporate really didn't tell you then that should be fixed on your end.
