WOW. What an experience, I had the pleasure of having Adam as a server, and would follow him anywhere he was employed. Not only did he give my whole family and I compliments on our favorite shirts, he recommended the most amazing dishes i have tried at Jonathan’s (he must have a great fashion sense) I had the fish and chips, and holy heck, it was as close to being back home in England I have ever felt. Adam always kept eye contact, and in a way, enchanted me and my family. He really made us feel welcome, unlike waiters we have had in our past visits. Now a lot people say they know beer, but after telling Adam what I drank, he recommended a beer, and I liked it even better than Michelob Ultra! Adam knew my pallete better than my ex husband! I need to figure out Adams schedule, because after receiving the best customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, I don’t think I can go back to the mediocre service I have received in the past. From the food recommendations to the warm feeling Adam left with my family, I don’t know if any experience can compete with the excellent servitude of Adam. I recommend asking for him, if available, as I’m sure he treats everyone like this. Thanks for making our Sunday blessed! Servers could learn a thing or two about how to treat customers like him. I will definitely return to Jonathan’s for another experience, and pray that there are more people like Adam in this world.
