I'm a Home Inspector in the area and when my HVAC system went out last week I knew there was only one company I would let install my new system. I evaluate hundreds of HVAC installs annually and from what I have seen no one takes the pride in making sure every little detail is correct like Ed Ritsko and his team.
He came out this past Sunday at 2pm and removed my existing system and took measurements for the new system by himself. He then came out two days later on Tuesday with two crews and installed the new system in less than 3 hours. His attention to detail is hard to come by these days, he meticulously made sure all refrigerant lines and conductors were secured and that the brackets securing these lines were evenly spaced...it's these little details that shows the pride he takes in what he does. He's even called twice to see how it's performing and to check how big of a difference we could tell with the new system.
As far as the 16 seer Amana system he installed, I can already tell that it appears to run about 1/3 as much as my old system while keeping the home warmer. With a 99 year compressor warranty and outside unit replacement warranty, there's no way I could have made a better decision.
If you're looking for an HVAC contractor who cares about the quality of his work, cares about the quality of the product he installs, and cares about you the client; look no further than Ed Ritsko with Johnson City Heating and Air!
