First off ive never left negative reviews. I always like to give places of business 2 somtimes even multiple chances to make up for a bad day. However to the Jets Pizza on Memorial blvd. In the boro may i say there costumer service is horrible and the guy answering the phone on 11/24/17 is even worse. Very short and rude. I had ordered two pizzas bread sticks ($40) a couple weeks prior to the above mentioned date and they left one of the pizzas and bread sticks behind at the store and the driver did not leave the pizza he brought. no big deal other than waiting another hour to eat dinner. However i thought maybe under the circumstances a small discount would be in order for the inconvience but it was not. I was ok with that thought before i called but hey why not try. After speaking with the gentleman (pretty sure the same gentleman from 11/24/17 but cant verify that 100 percent) that made me feel like it was in some way my fault for the mess up did not offer anything to make it right. So i asked for a credit and was told that they can not credit my card back that a 25 dollar credit would be given and linked to my phone number. Pizza finally arrived and it was not that great. Fast forward 2 weeks to give them another shot and again rude customer service and yes you guessed it no credit on my account. So Sir Pizza it is. They sell a better product anyways. Thanks Jets.
