Superior service EVERYTIME! I have been both a buyer and seller with JD and Natalie and have worked with them for their non-profit skills as well. When I placed my house up for sale last year I should have used them but didn’t and I got what I used (crappy service -cause it wasn’t 5 star JD and Natalie service). They are always professional and if there is a concern or question they answer it. I will remain a customer for a long time and in fact when my family started to look around my living mother’s estates who may have to enter assisted living soon from a 3000 sq foot house the question was posed who was going to help? My answer why JD and Natalie of course!! As we all are human and can make mistakes they love their business and will do everything to correct the problem or concerns! There is no other auction house I would ever trust!!!!
