The therapists here are really great and kind. They were actually amazing all around. I just could not continue to go and have myself stressed all of the time. Pretty sure that they will be sued sometime soon for malpractice. I attempted to file a claim against them with the BBB, but I just wanted to be done with them altogether. Long story short, the insurance lady just totally ruined our experience due to her lack of knowledge and inability to ask for help from someone who could have assisted her. Once I asked to speak with the manager/owner. Her attitude was really hard to describe. It was nice nasty. She never ever apologized when I saw her. I think that’s why I just couldn’t deal. The horrible attitudes of the owner and her insurance person. Maybe they are related. That’s the only reason I can see the lady still has a job there. Now, my son is seeing an amazing therapist at a different location.

Professionals managing the front desk answered questions and updated bill at initial entry. They were encouraging to the child I transported to the SLP session. SLP was very well seasoned in her profession and the child was comfortable entering work room/session location with SLP while I waited in the lobby. During the last few minutes of the session I was brought back into the work room to learn what was covered during the session and what to practice with the child until the next speech session. Happy departure after child requested a lollipop from the front desk employee and the child independently picked the flavor they wanted.
