Internal Medicine Associates Walk in and Urgent Care Clinic

AWFUL!!! They are dirty lady up front is rude. The dr seen me once after a car wreck and acted like all I wanted was pain pills never touched me or even looked. Go in today they drug test me without telling me because my heart rate was high like really they are awful I suggest if you want your dr to care don't go there

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have never dealt with anyone in the medical field as unprofessional as this clinic. I highly recommend finding a different clinic for any of your medical needs. This goes for the doctors, nurses, and the secretary. Over the course of 2 years I have been given the wrong medications, given an non-thorough physical exam, been charged full price for services that should have been covered under my medical insurance plan... Now the most recent problem with them has pushed me over the edge. They want to charge me $30 for a "paperwork fee" but wont let me pay this with my HSA and will not give me an invoice number to make the payment. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say about this clinic. I will never be back. Do not waste your time or money on this place, there are much better clinics in Murfreesboro.
