We chose this boarding facility for its reasonable prices and amenities. Our first boarding experience was fine. However, the second time we had three issues.
1)When calling to book, we requested one dog to get bathed and shaved. We repeated the request at check in. We called to check that the grooming had been finished before picking up on Monday. It had not been, she had never been placed on the schedule despite our 2 separate requests. They would squeeze her in. Despite it making me late for a scheduled meeting I agreed to wait to pick them up until she was done. When I arrived the dog was bathed but not shaved, the entire purpose of the grooming. No one told the groomer that she was supposed to get shaved. We were still charged full price for the pointless bath.
2)When dropping the dogs off, we were told that there was no dog bed in the room because it was being sanitized and it would be in the room within the hour. The next morning a check of the web cam showed our dogs sleeping on concrete with no dog bed. A call got an apology and a bed moved.
3)Finally, the vaccine issue. When dropping our dogs off for the first visit we were told that one of them was out of date on one vaccine, but it was okay, they could provide the vaccine on the premises. We agreed. When dropping the dog off the second time we were told the dog was behind on the same vaccine. When we inquired how this could be possible as it had been done by them on our previous visit, we were then informed that the dog had never received the vaccine the time before.
Three issues, one weekend. We will not trust them with our pets again.
