Showed up 1 hour late. First truck arrived and the driver apparently was a new employee who could not operate the truck. Second truck arrived while the first truck was trying to pull in the drive way. Second guy knew what he was doing and did a great job. Informed me my third truck is on the way. Forty-five minutes later the third truck arrived. I had concrete setting up and causing a giant mess. Was informed the office would call me to address the situation. Cricket on my end. Poor customer service.
