I-Pawn - Titles, Guns & Jewelry

I bought a gaming device from them listed as "new" in their online advertisement, but received one that was extremely worn and defective instead. There was a picture of a new device in their ad and there was no mistaking it. When I tried to resolve this, nobody would return any of my messages. That was about 6 months ago. Since then, they've been spamming me relentlessly through email and snail mail- although I had never opted-in for this. I asked them stop politely, at first, to try and resolve this. That did no good. Now, I am even being spammed by them via text on my phone. It's companies like this that make shopping online risky. They do not honor their listings or their word- and they will use every bit of information you give them to harass you endlessly.
