I want to start off by saying that I have had 4 years tax preparation experience. This year I decided to stay in school and not mess with it. My friend who is a single mother with two children and also a student went to this location and was told she was only going to get 4,000 on her tax return when she normally gets almost 8 or 9 thousand. I cannot speak for all of the preparers at this location, however the one that she seen was absolutely wrong! She brought her forms to me and using a simple online program, I filed her taxes and sure enough...she was due 8200 when I was done. Please be careful when using a tax service that does not properly train thier employees and then will charge you 200-300 for thier incorrect conclusions....
