The Hot Chocolatier

This is a cool hot chocolate place in downtown Chattanooga. I especially was in awe with the decorations flowing down from the ceiling to make it look like hot chocolate was being poured from up above! I came here to meet up with J's friends and family during our visit to Chattanooga. I stood in line and looked over their hot chocolate menu to decide on which flavor I was going to try. I decided upon the salted caramel hot chocolate and got marshmallow on top instead of whip cream. As I was drinking it I thought that it was good, but it didn't wow me. Their marshmallow piece on top was mighty big though and I had a hard time getting a piece of it in my mouth to savor with the hot chocolate. I suggest that management either make the hot chocolate hotter, perhaps get the marshmallow to be softer in some way before putting it on, break it up into smaller pieces or something else so that people have an easier time consuming it with their drink. The prices are also a bit much for a cup, but it is what it is.
