I was a bit upset today, when I went to my pet grooming appointment and was tuned away! My dog had been groomed their many times before, and we waited to get into this appoinment three weeks! When I get there I am greeted by a grouchy groomer (not the sweet lady who has always groomed Puffy! ) She informs me his Rabies info needed to be updated...really it's Saturday!! I love in Antioch, you have had us down on the books for 3weeks!!! Not to mention when he was there last someone could and should have mentioned they needed me to bring updated records! I work in a medical setting, if they have the time to look to see if their is an appointment available and verify the dog, my name, when we were there last and telephone it would have taken an extra minute or two to have checked to see if I needed to bring anything with me!!! It's a 45 minute drive there not to mention it was 93* out today! Then to be greeted and taken care of by a snot!! I won't return... I am putting a one star, wish it was a NONE star! This situation could have been handed in a more professional manner.
