I want to preface that I don't typically write bad reviews, but needed to share how disappointed we were staying here. As Hilton members and fans, this location was definitely not up to any Hilton cleanliness standards. We arrived, were welcomed by reception, everything appeared to be business as usual. We proceeded to our room (404), as we settled into our room, I started to sneeze uncontrollably. I went to the bathroom grabbed tissues and found a film of dust all over the place. No wonder I was having a sneezing attack. Throughout our stay we found the a/c vent to be cobwebbed and dusty, stains on the comforter and the remote to re revolting. As it was a packed weekend for Nashville, there were no other vacancies for us to leave and go somewhere else, so we grinned and bared it. Additionally, don't count on room service to provide any additional blankets or pillows, as they will tell you they don't have any. Also don't order the pizza from the local pizzerias they offer, their expensive and not worth it!!!
