I read the review above and I just cannot disagree more. I signed up with NAT Yoga in August when they moved to the new location and I absolutely love it. There are many different classes to choose from, and the 30 minute times make it easy to fit into my day. (If you were looking for a hardcore workout, obviously a yoga studio isn't where you go.) The 30 minute meditation, Yin, and Restorative classes are definitely enough time to feel a good stretch and get into a good mindset. I always work up a sweat in my 30 minute Power Yoga classes, and Circuit Training absolutely kicks my butt (I cannot even imagine doing longer than 30 minutes of one!)
One of my favorite things is the size of the studio. Often, I'm the only one in class which makes it great for one-on-one teaching. The teachers are there to help me get into pose and modify as needed. Even when a couple students are in the class with me, the small class sizes makes it less intimidating and ensures the teacher can assist each student if needed. The strict rule about class times is great, because I know exactly when class will start and end, so I can plan my day around it if needed. There's a 30 minute window prior to class to cancel without any fees (which makes sure a student doesn't waste the teacher's time! Totally understandable!)
The membership package is well priced, and since I can attend unlimited classes, I feel I definitely get my money's worth. You do sign a contract that states there is a fee to sign up, it states your monthly fee, and the fee for discontinuing your membership. Everything is stated on paper, so no surprises.
Overall, I am very happy with this studio and am glad its right down the road from me. Careasa, the owner, is an awesome lady and strives to provide awesome service to her students!
