Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pigeon Forge/Near Dollywood

All of the employees that we encountered on our visit were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. The only complaint that we had was the fact that handicap parking was limited and two places were occupied consistently by cars not bearing the appropriate permits. When it was brought to the attention of the auditor on duty they chose not to ask them to move out of them. I disagree with this policy because those parking places are sorely needed by those with the proper permits.

Nice staff and good rooms. A bit dated but they are in the middle of a renovation so I can't wait to see what it's like when they are finished.
