Hertz

The service was horrible. When I rented the car, the lady told me since the tank was full when I received it that I would need to bring it back on full. When I returned the car, I did just that and gave her the receipt showing I put $38.01 in the tank. Needless to say the tank stopped at 37.90 but I pushed it to the nearest dollar. She said the time said it after 4pm when I got the gas on the receipt and the time is close to 6pm so she would have to charge me a gallon of gas after I just filled the tank up to return to hertz. I was trying to understand her but I still didn't after she tried to explain her point. She said she did not have time to argue and she has other things she needed to do. The only reason I used them was because my insurance company recommended them but after that experience , I will never be back again and I informed my insurance company of my experience so they could get the word to the proper people who need to know that information. I ended up paying another $9 dollars and some change per gallon because for gas because the lady insisted that the tank was not on full after putting $38.01 in. They are a complete ripoff!
