This company doesn't deserve the one star that I'm rating them with. They deserve nothing and no one's money. Like many other reviewers here, my home warranty company sent them out. A guy named Adrian Green was dispatched and from the moment he arrived on my property, he was trying to find a reason that the leak that I had, would not be covered.
He spent 4 hours at my house doing nothing but talking on the phone with 2-10 saying that my hot water heater was not up to code and thus, the service wouldn't be covered. My home is only 7 years old. In a newer subdivision, that is a ridiculous statement. After he left, I got a second and third opinion from other plumbers indicating that my unit was up to code. So, Adrian Green lied to the warranty company in order to not do the work. Stay away at all costs!
