Hemlock Hills Cabins

I am a single mom of 3 and it is rare I get to take my kids on a vacation. We drobe 8 hours from Virginia to spend spring break in the mountains. We rented the majestic manor and it is beautiful my kids were very excited to be on vacation. There was a problem with our rental 3 days into our vacation. This problem was out of Hemlock Hills control. It was a problem with the new owners and the rental Company they chose to rent the cabin for them. Hemlock Hills was great and very apologetic and wonderful and worked very hard to find somewhere for my family to go. It is sad we will end Our vacation early due to the new owners not honoring my reservation but I will rent through Hemlock Hills in the future. Great company. Unlike the the other company who evidently thinks my family is not important and their VIP guest are more important. Hemlock hills treated my little family like a VIP guest and I am grateful and feel blessed to have worked with them. M. Reed
