Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Shady Grove

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Shady Grove. The staff was friendly, lobby decor was nice, breakfast was good and the room was clean and a really good size. I loved the hard wood floors in the living/bedroom area. That was a really nice touch. I also appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room! That was really great! The only issue I had was that in room 514 the King size bed mattress had to been really old. The mattress had a huge dip in the middle and the bed was broken on the left side. I slept on the right side, but anytime I wondered into the middle of the bed I was falling into a hole. It was awful. The mattress should be replaced in that room. Other than that the hotel was in a nice area and I would recommend this hotel or stay at this one again!
