Hallmark Volkswagen at Cool Springs

WOULD NOT REPLACE A PART COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!! Charged extra fees that should have been covered under warranty, and that were never disclosed prior to taking apart the car. Then threatened to hold the car and put a mechanic lean on it. Paid the fees, and found the car outside completely taken apart. After waiting 45 MORE minutes, my car was put together poorly. I now have to take it to ANOTHER Volkswagen dealership to be assembled properly. I will be contacting Customer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to see what necessary actions need to be taken. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Amazing service! I’m from KC and stopped in to buy some coolant for a slow leak. They topped me off and gave me a half gallon for free! Very nice folks here.
