I had a necklace that was my grandmothers that was very important to me .They didn't have and couldn't get the claps that was needed but they were very inventive and made it so that her necklace turned out great !!!!!

To bad I can only give them a 5 star. The only place I will buy jewelry from. You couldn't ask for better people that work there.
