My daughter received a haircut from Mallorie which was the best haircut she had received at Great Clips. I phoned to inquire if it was possible to schedule a time for my daughter to see Mallorie specifically but was told rather curtly "We don't do that. We only do walk ins." I understand this is Great Clips business model but am wondering why they would not be able to deviate from it to accommodate a special request. I'm certain they are banking on my return due to their convenience and low price. However, the haircut Mallorie gave my daughter made me realize how poor her previous cuts at Great Clips have been so I won't be taking her back. Mallorie should consider taking her talents elsewhere. She really is quite good.
