I've been going to this Great locations for the past 2 years. It's a place where I get my kids hair cut, not frills etc. This review pertains to their online check in process and not so much the service by any particular provider. In the past, I've made appointments online as well as a walk-in. The way the online check in process works is that you check in online prior to your arrival and once you show up at your location, you are the next in line. If you are a walk-in, you are placed on the list. Recently, I had a problem at this location with their online check-in vs walk-in process. I was a walk-in appointment and I was placed on the list. I waited for approximately 20 minutes and during that time I saw three appointments get checked in before me because they made their appointment online. If I knew that was going to be the case, I would've pulled out my phone and checked-in online then ta-da, guess what? I'm next haha! Previously, even if I was a walk-in and an online appointment came in after me, I was not bumped down the list. No one told me that I would get bumped if an online appointment came in before I was serviced. I was told that was just the way the system worked and that it was governed by corporate policies. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and I was told that each store is independently owned and they would forward my complaint to the owner. I waited a week. I still had not heard by the new year. I called back to the corporate office, and they informed me they sent the complaint to the owner on the 2nd and all they could do was forward the complaint again. As of today, I still have not received a call from the owner. It's the typical run around, the store points the finger at corporate and corporate points the finger at the store owner. Still waiting for a return call....
