After dealing with others in town this company pulled through. They made a hand crafted ring for my wife that gave birth to our first born son and made it within a few days so it could be a gift to her. Low and behold the gemstone had an occlusion that looked like a scratch. I asked Charlie if he could put a new stone in it his response was “I already have one on order I just used this stone because it was time sensitive”. I won’t go anywhere else
