I hired this law firm to represent me in my case. My lawyer, Ryan Rolston, showed up to court and my case was then extended another 90 days. I was asking for a break down of my retainer funds, which were never given to me. After the court date my lawyer kept telling me it would only be 30 more days then stated that the new date was another 90 days away. I kept inquiring why my date was pushed back and didnt receive that info until the day after I ended our contract. My retainer was paid using a credit card and in return the remainder was given to me in a check form. I was also told that the law firm had changed locations during this process and had to pick up my records and refund at a different location. After paying all this money, my lawyer also did not fight for my visitation rights. I am very disappointed in how I was treated as a client.
