Cold fries just about every time I've gone here. Not slightly cooler than normal. Actually cold.
Not sure who got it in their mind that cold fries are ok, but it should really stop. This is why I didn't eat here since 2 months ago. Guess I'll try again in another 2.
I just looked through the other reviews and this obviously isn't an isolated case. So when is management going to do something about it?
For burgers there's jack in the box across the street. For chicken there's chic fil a down the street. I think I'll speak with my wallet.
