We are extremely happy with the floors that were installed... but getting to that point was an incredibly stressful process. The employee assigned to our business was not very nice, was difficult to get in touch with, and would not return our phone calls/messages. Setting up appointments was unnecessarily difficult... even the scheduling of the install itself wavered in the final week (after being scheduled weeks in advance) until we threatened to do a chargeback on the credit card. Again, the installation crew and actual floor product were amazing... but getting to that point had us threatening to cancel multiple times.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No communication whatsoever. No accountability. Does not return phone calls. I dealt directly with the owner and my order was taking way beyond the expected time frame. I emailed her and she never responded. Then when the order did come in we set up a time for measuring. I told her that I worked so we had to be pretty exact on times. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours and they still did not show up. I left with no text update. We rescheduled and they showed up. Next step. Installation of the rug. They were suppose to arrive at 9 am. The owner texted me at 10 and said they were having car trouble and she would give me updates. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN THAT DAY. That was Saturday.. on Monday she texted me with no apology and asked if they could come today between 9:30 and 10:00. Still not here and its 10:30. Terrible accountability. Terrible customer service. No phone calls from the owner just text updates with no explanation. Oh and last week they left the carpet outside on my back porch and it rained on it all night. It was in plastic but I had no idea it was even there.
