Fowler's Furniture

Purchased many pieces of furniture from Fowlers for our new home. Some pieces had to be ordered and others were in store. I was told our couches would be in within three weeks, but this was not true. "Partial" delivery was set up, and the delivery men came over an hour past their window. It was raining and they tracked mud all through my home without shoe covers. They broke a piece of my furniture and told me I bought it like that. Weeks later I got a refund for this piece. But I had to go in store to get this and we live two hours away. Here I am three months out from order - still do not have all my couches but every week they say "they will be here in a week" and they never show. I'm sad to say I cannot recommend Fowlers. If they were just upfront about what was going on it would be better business. Nice people in store, TERRIBLE customer service. Buyer Beware.
