Forever 21

DO NOT order online and send to the store. I ordered 2 items to be sent to the store for pickup and when I called the store to see if they were ready after a week, they tell me one of the packages has my order number but someone else's name is on it. I don't care WHO'S name is on it, I paid for it online and it's my order number so obviously someone made a mistake. I have an email to prove it. I'm waiting to hear back from a manager but if I don't get my blouse I already paid for it's going to get ugly.
