Worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me while I had to come here to care for my father after his open heart surgery. The flowers were supposed to be delivered 08/23 and they called me to tell me that a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. My father and I were home all day. He isn't allowed to go anywhere because of his surgery recovery. On 08/24 I receive another call, telling me that a delivery attempt was made again and no one was home. I was 5 minutes away from home and my father was still at the house, so I told them to leave them on the porch as I was almost there. I got home and there was nothing there. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong house. The issue was corrected, but only after the flowers sat on the porch of the wrong house, in the 82 degree sun, for about 2 and a half hours. The driver still brought me the flowers that sat outside for all of that time. The small ones had wilted and were brown, while the edges of the lilies and roses were turning brown as well. My boyfriend is very disappointed because he was trying to make me smile in a hard time. He called and requested his money back, which should only be fair for this issue. They told him that the flowers had to be returned, so the delivery driver came back to retrieve them. After taking 2 days to deliver them, it only took him 8 minutes to come take them back. This company needs some serious help with customer service.
