Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before I received any help. The first lady at the window, Judy, didn't even ask what I wanted done with the check I sent in. She simply deposited it into whatever account she thought was best. I could also see her talking to the other woman in the window and rolling her eyes. When I told her she'd deposited in the wrong account she blamed me and said, "Well there wasn't any deposit slip in there so I didn't know what to do with it." Then ask? There aren't deposit slips to fill out in the drive through. I definitely don't keep them in my car. Very rude woman and VERY slow, incompetent service.
