I spoke with Jenny at the office. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced. It was worst than calling Comcast. I had her on speaker and even my husband was in shock. I called back later in the day around 2:30pm because she said the schedulers would get in contact with me. I had not received a call all day. It is hot in my house and I work from home. I am also currently pregnant which didn't make matters any better. When I called back Jenny answered and we basically argued back and forth. She kept saying she isn't rude and these calls are recorded. That's fine and dandy but sitting here arguing with me is not good customer service. Therefore I called my home warranty and told them what happened. They switched me to best rate heat & air. I called them 10 minutes later .. they said they'd be out tomorrow. How simple was that? I highly suggest not using this company. I mean look at the other reviews.....
