I was traveling cross country picking up a new vehicle when my non factory lighting system stopped working on the new van. Being a woman in a town and state far from home I was very grateful that someone recommended extreme audio to me. They were excellent and tried to help. In the end he had to send me to the dealership because we could not get into the fuse box. But he tried, he was extremely nice. Much more then I can say about my experience at the dealership down the street! Who I might add also had a very hard time getting to the fuse and was not near as nice about it.
