My son was treated there in December, while checking in he was told that he had not met his insurance co. deductible, and was charged $125.00. He then received an EOB from his insurance co, and they had billed them also, and were paid. We went in today seeking a refund, and was told that they would mail a check as soon as they get paid. We demanded a refund pointing out that the EOB showed they were paid!, they then said it will take 60-90 days for them to refund. We advised them that we were going to file suit. Ten minutes later, my son got a call saying that a check will be mailed tomorrow. This is highly unethical, and probably illegal!
