Ear Nose & Throat Specialists

Dr Williams is great but I am a concerned mother and was asking too many questions to the nurse that called me back, so his response was “Let me make this abundantly clear, if you want a provider to take 5 minutes to look at your sons throat so you feel better we will get you in.” I guess I’m a little thrown off and didn’t know how to take that. I’m a concerned mother. When he is telling me my sons symptoms are not normal but are not worrisome. So yes I wanted some solid reassurance. Other than that the clinic was clean and friendly.

I've been a patient for over 7 yrs. I've had surgery on my sinuses and nose. Had allergy testing, then allergy shots, for quite awhile, a couple of days a week. When I needed to stop, due to personal reasons, before the recommended time, they were very understanding and didn't make me feel bad about it. The shots did help with my allergies, a lot! I'm allergic to half the world and am much, much better. Great advice. Great care. Kind people who know what they're doing. What more can you ask for in a Dr and his team? They've always taken very good care of me. Thanks, ya'll!
