While vacationing in Pigeon Forge this past week our vehicle began having A/C and overheating issues due to the cooling fans not working. After reading several other reviews here for Eagle One Automotive we dropped our vehicle off outside the shop at 6am and left a voice mail regarding the problem. Tom and staff diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part for arrival the following morning and we were headed back home by early afternoon the next day. Eagle One did an outstanding job for a reasonable price while we still enjoyed the end of our vacation. Highly recommended to travelers in the area.
