Dunkin Donuts

Very good breakfast food and very good doughnuts. They also fixed up my coffee with the cream and sugar so I did not have to wrestle with that in my vehicle. The staff and management are very responsive and engaged with making sure I have a good experience there. I will be back.

My first trip to this Dunkin Donuts will be my last. I went through drive thru at10:20 am on Saturday morning and ordered 3 chocolate cream filled donuts. Only to get to window and the girl working couldn't remember what I ordered. After telling her what I ordered she goes over to get my order only to come back and say they were out and ask what I wanted instead. What I got as a replacement was not what I asked for. The cashier seemed like she could care less and it was just thrown into a paper bag with no napkins!!! First impressions mean alot and this was a AWFUL first impression!!! You all are not going to be in business long if this is your idea of customer service!!!
