The girl working is very nice. They are priced pretty decent and are somewhat flexible if need be. Delivery personnel and management are also very nice.

We bought a used appliance from the Murfreesboro TN location and got it home and it didn’t work. The warehouse said they would fix it because it was under their warranty. However, we had to rent a truck to transport it because they don’t make service calls outside a 10 mike radius from Lebanon. We had to drive it all the way to the warehouse in Lebanon which between gas and the cost to rent a UHaul truck cost us the same as the washing machine!!! Do not buy from here unless you live within Nashville or Lebanon city limits! The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and totally unapologetic. We will never buy from here again and would not suggest this to anyone.
