My brother brought a suit in to get clean that we have both worn two or three times now, when we went to pick it up and obvious stain had appeared on the front. The lady her become very aggressive when we asked her about it and claimed that it was not her fault. She was very combative, because she knew she was wrong and did not want to admit guilt. The mark left on the suit coat looks as if it was left for a second too long on the high temperature cleaning equipment. After reading several reviews online that confirmed the same thing. This type of cleaners will never admit fault and they are willing to loose customers instead of paying for their mistakes, that works unless the customers really put it out there how horrible a place is.
