It was horrible I need a feel in and he was hollering talking about she need about 3 more. Just yelling out and laughing so unprofessional. He was also in there talking about his other clients mouth and how bad the decay was making them feel so uncomfortable. He don't have patient confidentiality in his office. He need to be taught how to handle business in a professional manor.
Poor establishment. I arrived and immediately wanted to leave. If it wasn't for the cancellation fee I would have. I should have been tipped off when the call reminding me of my appointment didn't even say the name of the facility. I waited 20 minutes before I was called back, the cleaning was quick, and 30 minutes for the dentist after the cleaning. I was the ONLY patient in the building the entire time hour and ten minutes I was there. The facility and equipment could also be improved. Lights are missing covers, the chairs have peeling covers and the light switch covers were painted with the walls. The whole place didn't seem organized. The staff was very nice though. I didn't hear them talking about other patients as some people have reviewed. They were cheerful and talkative with me.
