Worst experience ever! I went there twice. The first time I saw Dr. Motsenbocker who didn't listen to anything I had stated and asked the same question over and over that I just answered. He was in the office all of 5 minutes and didn't listen to my concerns. Next visit (last visit) I came in to see Dr. Motsenbocker (hoping that may be the last terrible visit was just an off day for him) and I was told (not my choice) that I would be seen by Dr. Steven Gardiner. I am not sure of the exact spelling of his name, but he is not a doctor. Steven Gardiner kept me waiting in the exam room for a very long time, while he was outside flirting with a blonde female sales rep. I eventually had to ask that they interrupt him, this seemed to really irritate him. When he finally came in to the exam room (irritated) I was taken aback by his appearance, he was disheveled, unshaven, unprofessional and rude. I have had migraines for 30 years, all the diagnosis I have received in the past by experts in their field were quickly dismissed by this 'Physicians Assistant', he began to tell me that I didn't have migraines and I didn't have the symptoms and a myriad other things from a doctors assistant who had never seen me before, never performed an exam, blood or urine work. My prescriptions recently came up for renewal and I am eligible for them to be renewed and the Doctors office has completely ignored the requests from my pharmacy.
