Service is very slow. The tables and floors were dirty. This was during a slow time of day on Father's Day. Customers were getting their own orders so their ice cream would not melt.
They would be better off taking your name or call your receipt out when your food is ready. The food is good but nobody likes to eat at a dirty table. This has been an ongoing problem at this new DQ.
