Divine Nails and Spa

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been here a few times. Don't go unless you have a bunch of free time on your hands. Just about every time I have been they make you wait 40 min or longer even during the week no matter what service is needed. They promised that the dip polish on my nails would last a couple of weeks. Well, I have had it done twice now and both times I had at least 1 of my nails break off in the middle less than a week after getting them done. This meant having to go back and wait 20-30 min in the salon to get something they did wrong fixed. I called and they refused to set an appointment to fix it for me. Just said I needed to come in and it would be "20-40 min wait". I will NEVER go to this place again. I went at 10am last week and there were 2 different people working and still had to wait around an hour, because apparently only 1 person there knew how to do the dip powder nails. Gotten pedicures here before too and that was a pretty miserable experience. The water never got hot even though I asked them militiple times and they left it pretty much lukewarm. The next time I went one of the girls actually cut my cuticle to the point that it bled! Only reason I've gone here as many times as I have is because I only live about 5 minutes away. From now on I will just drive to a better salon. Never going here again! Don't waster your time or money.
